EXCLUSIVE USE

The exclusive use wedding package means you have the full wedding venue entirely to yourselves, with no members of the public on site. You will have complete private use of the entire venue throughout your wedding day and evening, allowing you and your wedding guests to celebrate in a fully exclusive and private setting. This ensures your wedding feels personal, relaxed, and completely dedicated to you and your wedding celebrations.

We would be delighted to accommodate you and your wedding plans. Our Ballroom can host up to 80 day guests for both your wedding ceremony and your wedding breakfast, providing a beautiful and comfortable setting for your celebration.

If your guest list grows, additional guests can easily be added to any of our wedding packages, allowing us to tailor everything to suit your exact requirements. We always aim to be as flexible as possible so your wedding feels just right for you.

We typically suggest adding children first, as they are welcomed at half the standard adult price, which can help keep your overall wedding package cost more manageable while still including all of your loved ones in your special day.

Whatever your plans look like, we are here to help shape the package around your wedding so everything works perfectly for you.

The venue can accommodate up to 200 wedding guests. If you choose the exclusive use wedding package, you are welcome to invite up to 200 guests for your wedding celebration, giving you full flexibility for a larger wedding day and evening reception.

When it comes to catering, you do not necessarily have to cater for every evening guest. We would typically recommend catering for around 80% of your evening guests, as this usually works well for a wedding evening reception and helps ensure there is plenty of food for everyone while also keeping your wedding planning flexible.

The wedding package is not set in stone, and we can absolutely edit and tailor it to fit your wedding requirements and vision for your wedding day. We understand that every wedding is different, so we are happy to make adjustments to suit your plans.

For example, we can swap the three-course wedding meal to a two-course wedding meal, or even change it to a BBQ wedding option instead. This is your wedding day, and everything can be adapted to reflect your style, preferences, and budget. Any changes made will of course be reflected in the overall wedding package price.

We always ask that you check registrar availability first before confirming your wedding booking, as last-minute weddings can sometimes mean your preferred wedding date is no longer available.

 We work closely with Swadlincote Registration Office, and all civil wedding ceremonies are subject to their availability. It is very important to confirm that your chosen wedding date and time is free with the registrars before securing your booking with us.
