Yes, we can reduce the number of guests in this wedding package. The minimum number required for this wedding package is 5 guests. We are also happy to adjust the wedding package details and pricing to better suit your wedding needs, wedding style, and wedding budget.

This wedding package is based Midweek and is available for weddings taking place Sunday to Thursday only. We are happy to discuss Friday and Saturday wedding dates as well; however, please note that weekend wedding bookings may involve an additional cost to the wedding package due to higher demand and availability.

Yes, you can absolutely have your wedding ceremony outside with this wedding package, and there is no additional charge for choosing an outdoor wedding ceremony. Our outdoor ceremony area provides a beautiful setting for your special day and is a lovely option for couples wanting a romantic outdoor wedding experience.

Of course, as we all know, the wonderful Derbyshire weather can sometimes be unpredictable. However, there’s no need to worry, as we have beautiful alternative indoor ceremony rooms available should the weather not be suitable on the day. This means your wedding ceremony can still go ahead smoothly and beautifully, whatever the weather.

Our team will always work closely with you in the lead-up to your wedding day to ensure the best arrangements are in place and that you feel relaxed and confident with both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Whether it’s the menu, timings, décor, or any other part of your wedding package, everything can be adapted to suit your plans. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — instead, we work closely with you to build a wedding that feels personal and unique to you.

 We will simply adjust the wedding package price to reflect only the services you’ve chosen, ensuring you only pay for what you love and what is important to your wedding day. Our goal is to create a relaxed, stress-free planning experience and a wedding day that truly reflects you as a couple.

This wedding package is designed for a maximum of 16 guests. If your wedding guest numbers are higher than this, we would be happy to discuss one of our other wedding packages and tailor it by reducing the guest numbers to better suit your plans and budget.

 This wedding package is perfect for couples who are not looking for a large wedding celebration, but instead want a beautiful, intimate wedding with their closest family and friends. It is designed to create a relaxed and personal atmosphere while still making your special day feel memorable and meaningful.

For this wedding package, your wedding ceremony can take place either in the gardens or in the White Bar, depending on the style and setting you prefer for your special day. Following the ceremony, your wedding meal can be held in the bar/lounge area, the conservatory, or the White Bar, giving you a variety of beautiful spaces to choose from.
