We would be delighted to accommodate you and your wedding plans. Our Ballroom can host up to 80 day guests for both your wedding ceremony and your wedding breakfast, providing a beautiful and comfortable setting for your celebration. If your guest list grows, additional guests can easily be added to any of our wedding packages, allowing us to tailor everything to suit your exact requirements. We always aim to be as flexible as possible so your wedding feels just right for you.

We typically suggest adding children first, as they are welcomed at half the standard adult price, which can help keep your overall wedding package cost more manageable while still including all of your loved ones in your special day. Whatever your plans look like, we are here to help shape the package around your wedding so everything works perfectly for you.

Our packages include evening catering for 80% of your total guest count. We find this is often the ideal balance, as many guests who have enjoyed your three-course wedding breakfast are usually still comfortably full by the evening reception.

This approach not only helps keep your wedding package price competitive, but also supports reducing unnecessary food waste, which is something we always try to be mindful of when planning weddings.

However, we absolutely understand that every wedding is different. If you would prefer to adjust this, we are more than happy to be flexible and cater for more or fewer evening guests depending on your plans. 

We can comfortably host up to 150 guests for your wedding evening reception, and you simply let us know the exact number you would like us to cater for. We will then tailor everything accordingly to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and the catering perfectly suits your celebration.

We pride ourselves on being a truly flexible wedding venue, and we always aim to make your wedding day exactly how you envision it. Since this is your wedding day, we are more than happy to remove or adjust any elements of the wedding package that don’t suit your style or preferences.

 Whether it’s the menu, timings, décor, or any other part of your wedding package, everything can be adapted to suit your plans. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — instead, we work closely with you to build a wedding that feels personal and unique to you.

 We will simply adjust the wedding package price to reflect only the services you’ve chosen, ensuring you only pay for what you love and what is important to your wedding day. Our goal is to create a relaxed, stress-free planning experience and a wedding day that truly reflects you as a couple.

All of our wedding packages are completely flexible and can be tailored around the type of wedding day you truly want. If a traditional three-course wedding breakfast doesn’t feel right for your wedding, we can absolutely look at alternative options — whether that’s a two-course meal, a relaxed BBQ, sharing platters, street food-style dining, or something more informal and personal to your wedding.

We understand that every couple and every wedding is different, and we never want anyone to feel tied into a set package that doesn’t suit their vision. Your wedding day should reflect your personalities, your style, and the atmosphere you want to create for your wedding, and we’re more than happy to work with you to make that happen.

Whatever ideas you may have for your wedding, we can discuss them together and create a package that works best for your wedding, both in terms of style and budget. We can also amend the pricing accordingly so that everything is tailored specifically to your wedding plans.

Our minimum wedding guest number is 5. We also offer intimate micro weddings in alternative rooms, giving you complete flexibility when planning your wedding day. We do not tie you into a fixed guest count, because we understand every wedding is unique and plans can evolve.

Our wedding packages are designed to be flexible rather than restrictive, so you are not locked into a strict number of wedding guests. Whether you are planning a small micro wedding or a larger wedding celebration, we can adapt the package to suit your needs.

For example, if you initially book your wedding for 40 guests but your final wedding details change to 35 guests, we will adjust your wedding package and cost accordingly. We understand that wedding guest numbers can change during planning, so we ensure your wedding package reflects your final requirements.

In short, we do not contract you to a minimum wedding guest number beyond 5, and we aim to make your wedding planning as flexible, simple, and stress-free as possible.
