Yes, we can absolutely split the wedding guest numbers throughout the wedding package if needed, which can help lower the overall wedding package price for you. We understand that every wedding is different, so we are always happy to tailor the wedding package to better suit your wedding plans, wedding budget, and wedding guest requirements.

If there is anything within the wedding package that you do not want included, we can also look at removing this for you. We are a very flexible wedding venue and always aim to create a wedding package that feels personalised and perfect for each couple’s special day.

This wedding package is not just for couples wanting a twilight wedding ceremony. It is also a perfect option for couples who may have already had their wedding ceremony abroad and are looking to celebrate with a wedding reception party once they return home.

Whether you are planning a relaxed evening wedding celebration, a post-destination wedding party, or simply want to celebrate your marriage with family and friends, this wedding package can be tailored to suit your wedding plans and style. It is a fantastic way to enjoy all the fun and atmosphere of a wedding reception without the need for a full traditional wedding day schedule.

For this wedding package, we do recommend catering for all of your wedding guests, as a full catering option works best for the style of the day. As guests will typically arrive from around 3:00pm and may not have had a full meal beforehand, providing food for everyone helps ensure your wedding guests are comfortable and well looked after throughout the celebrations.

We always suggest catering for the full guest list to make sure everyone can enjoy the wedding experience without needing to worry about food arrangements, especially as this package is designed around a relaxed and social wedding atmosphere.

The twilight wedding package would typically look like the schedule below:

Guests arrive – 3:00pm
Wedding Ceremony – 4:00pm
Wedding Drinks & Wedding Canapés – 4:30pm
Visit to Melbourne Pool (if included within your wedding package)
Party starts – 6:00pm / 7:00pm
Wedding Buffet – 7:30pm
Taxi Time / End of Wedding Celebrations – Late Evening (Sunday–Thursday: 11:00pm, Friday & Saturday: Midnight)

This wedding timeline is designed to give you a relaxed and enjoyable wedding celebration, with a smooth flow from your wedding ceremony through to your evening reception and party. The earlier arrival time allows your wedding guests to settle in, enjoy welcome drinks, and fully enjoy the atmosphere before the evening wedding celebrations begin.

Please note this is a suggested wedding itinerary and we can always adjust timings where possible to suit your individual wedding plans and preferences, ensuring your wedding day feels personal and perfectly suited to you as a couple.

As this is a shorter wedding day package, you can of course choose to extend your wedding party and finish later than the standard times. Please note that this would come at an additional cost and would also require council approval.

If the extended wedding timings are approved, the usual closing times would be extended to Sunday–Thursday midnight, and Friday & Saturday 1:00am. This allows you and your wedding guests to enjoy a longer evening of wedding celebrations while still ensuring all licensing and venue requirements are met.
