Yes, you can absolutely book this wedding package for a weekend wedding celebration. Please note that there is an additional charge for Friday and Saturday weddings, as well as Bank Holiday Sunday weddings, due to the increased demand for these popular wedding dates.

Weekend weddings are always in high demand, so pricing can vary depending on the time of year, availability, and your wedding guest numbers. However, we are always happy to work with you to create a wedding package that suits your plans, style, and budget as closely as possible.

If you let us know your preferred wedding date, we can check availability for you and send over a personalised wedding quote with full details of the pricing and package options available for your special day.

For weddings taking place Monday to Thursday, you will receive exclusive use of the wedding venue at no additional cost as part of your wedding package. This allows you and your wedding guests to enjoy a much more private and relaxed wedding celebration throughout the venue.

If the lovely Derbyshire weather brings sunshine on your wedding day, you can enjoy your wedding BBQ in the wedding gardens for a relaxed outdoor wedding experience. Alternatively, if the weather is not suitable, your wedding BBQ can be held inside the wedding ballroom instead, ensuring your wedding celebrations can continue comfortably whatever the weather.

The wedding BBQ meal would be served buffet style, with one of our wedding chefs serving guests table by table. This creates a much more relaxed and informal wedding dining experience, meaning there is no need for a formal wedding table plan and your wedding guests are free to sit where they feel most comfortable and enjoy the wedding atmosphere.

If you would prefer this wedding package for a Friday or Saturday wedding, the wedding BBQ would usually be served in the wedding ballroom unless exclusive use of the wedding venue has also been booked.

Of course, for those with a sweet tooth, we can also add a dessert course onto your wedding package. This would be available at an additional charge, depending on the dessert options you choose for your wedding meal.

For this package, we would typically recommend scheduling your wedding ceremony between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, as this usually works perfectly with the flow of the wedding day and allows your wedding celebrations to run smoothly and comfortably for both you and your wedding guests.

Visit to Melbourne Pool (if included within your wedding package)

It is also important to remember that wedding ceremony timings will ultimately depend on the availability of the registrars for your wedding ceremony. We would therefore always recommend checking and confirming registrar availability first before finalising and booking your wedding date and wedding schedule.

Yes, even though you are choosing a wedding BBQ for your wedding meal, you will still be invited to attend a wedding tasting before your wedding day. This gives you the opportunity to come in and try the wedding BBQ options before deciding exactly what you would like included in your wedding menu.

You will also have the chance to sample our wedding wines and wedding canapés, so you can see and taste everything we have to offer for your wedding celebrations. This helps ensure you feel confident and excited about your wedding food and drink choices, while also allowing you to personalise your wedding menu to suit your tastes and preferences.
