The Winter Warmer wedding package is available on any date from Monday to Sunday, giving you full flexibility when choosing your wedding day. There is no additional cost for Friday or Saturday wedding dates within this package, making it a great option for couples looking for a more flexible and budget-friendly wedding celebration.

This means you can choose the wedding date that works best for you, whether that’s midweek or at the weekend, without any extra weekend supplements applied.

This wedding package is available for weddings taking place between January, February, and March. Our venue is open all year round and is beautiful in every season, so it’s important not to overlook the charm of the winter months for your wedding day. 

The bar and lounge area is available for your wedding drinks reception, so you do not need to worry if the Derbyshire weather is not in your favour, as we are fully prepared for whatever the weather brings on your wedding day.

Please also remember that Monday–Thursday wedding bookings include exclusive use of the venue at no extra cost, giving you even more privacy and flexibility for your wedding celebrations.

We would be delighted to accommodate you and your wedding plans. Our Ballroom can host up to 80 day guests for both your wedding ceremony and your wedding breakfast, providing a beautiful and comfortable setting for your celebration.

 If your guest list grows, additional guests can easily be added to any of our wedding packages, allowing us to tailor everything to suit your exact requirements. We always aim to be as flexible as possible so your wedding feels just right for you.

We typically suggest adding children first, as they are welcomed at half the standard adult price, which can help keep your overall wedding package cost more manageable while still including all of your loved ones in your special day.

If you have the exclusive use package or are getting married mid-week, this means you have full flexibility to decide where you would like your evening reception to take place. You can choose to use the ballroom for your evening wedding reception, or alternatively the bar and lounge area if you prefer a more relaxed setting.

We can also move and arrange the tables for you to suit your chosen layout and style, ensuring everything works perfectly for your wedding day. This is your wedding day, and we want to make sure the space feels exactly how you want it for your wedding celebrations.

No, you do not have to have a DJ included in your wedding package. This can be removed from the package if you prefer, or we can swap it for a singer instead. We understand that not everyone wants a full disco in the evening; some couples prefer a more relaxed wedding atmosphere.

You might choose to enjoy cocktails with live music from a singer, or even opt for a chilled evening with a curated playlist for your wedding reception. This is your wedding day, and we are here to offer whatever works best for your style and vision for your wedding celebrations.
