Amalfi White is a city styled wedding and event venue in a beautiful Victorian building in the heart of the idyllic Derbyshire market town of Melbourne. Built in the 1890s the current owners have exquisitely refurbished the venue to accommodate a refined brasserie restaurant on the ground floor, beautiful rose garden and magnificent Ballroom with attached city style White Bar on the first floor.

Ballroom

Our Ballroom is licensed for wedding ceremonies and makes a romantic, elegant and breathtakingly beautiful venue.

The ballroom has a capacity of 100 for ceremonies, 90 for your wedding breakfast, and 150 for evening celebrations. It is completely self-contained, wheelchair accessible and air conditioned, with space for a dance floor. We provide tables, chairs, cutlery and wine glasses for all events.

The

White Bar

The white panelled pewter topped bar makes a magnificent impact in this room. The softly furnished antique sofas and wing back chairs create a refined nod to the glamour of the past and the magnificent windows create an ethereal light – wonderful for photographs. Draw the curtains and the room is classically intimate and relaxing.

Available for smaller civil ceremonies of up to 25, or seated dining for 16 guests our most intimate private room is beautiful.
