  • Job Description:

    Amalfi White, a premier wedding venue, is seeking a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team for 16–30 hours per week (minimum 16 hours guaranteed). You will report to the Sales Manager and be the main point of contact for couples from initial enquiry to the big day, conducting venue tours, managing bookings, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring each wedding runs seamlessly. The role also includes preparing quotes, contracts, and timelines, maintaining client records, and working closely with the Amalfi White team to deliver exceptional experiences. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a professional yet friendly demeanour, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Previous wedding or event coordination experience is preferred, but a passion for creating memorable celebrations is essential.

    Job Type: Part-time (16 hours plus)

    Wage: £13.50/£14/50 an hour

  • We are currently looking for a passionate and highly organised Events Manager to join our freelance team on a self-employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to be part of delivering magical moments.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the smooth running of weddings and events, ensuring all details are executed to the highest standards

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients on the day of their event

    • Manage front-of-house event staff, including waiters, bartenders, and setup teams

    • Liaise with chefs, bar staff, and vendors to ensure timelines are met

    • Maintain a calm, professional manner while handling any last-minute changes or challenges

    • Set up and break down event spaces according to event briefs and floorplans

    • Ensure health & safety and licensing regulations are adhered to

    • Represent Amalfi White with professionalism, warmth, and confidence at all times

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in events supervision, particularly weddings and private functions

    • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

    • Impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities

    • A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

    • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some weekdays as needed

    • Own transport is advantageous due to location and hours

You will assist with the smooth running of events by supporting the bar—preparing drinks, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness—and helping the events team with setting up, clearing spaces, and coordinating logistics during weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will also provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed, while following all health, safety, and licensing regulations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for hospitality.
